At Elevate Aviation, we deeply value the incredible contributions of our volunteers — and starting May 15, 2026 we’re excited to show our appreciation in a new way!

Our Volunteer Hour Credit System allows you to redeem your volunteer hours for credit to spend in the Elevate Aviation merch store.

How It Works:

• Make sure you’re registered to log hours.
• Check your current total by logging into your Neon One Volunteer Dashboard.
• A mini catalog will be sent out with details on eligible items and any applicable restrictions.
• When you’re ready to redeem, simply email Hannah.Mckay@elevateaviation.ca with the number of hours you’d like to use.
• You’ll receive a one-time coupon code to apply toward a purchase in our merch store.

Please Note:

Volunteer hours can be redeemed twice per year — in May and October.

For full details, refer to our Volunteer Hour Redemption Policy found in your Volunteer Handbook!

Thank you for everything you do!

This is just one small way we hope to give back to those who give so much. If you have any questions or need help accessing your dashboard, don’t hesitate to reach out.
